Vehicles and fuel, your lead guide, all permits and access fees, recovery equipment and satellite communications on every rig, technical instruction, camp infrastructure, and water.
Travel to and from the meeting point, lodging before and after the expedition, trip insurance, alcohol beyond what is paired at dinner, and gratuities.
Departures are limited and dates are confirmed case by case rather than sold from a calendar. Unless your written quote says otherwise, a 50% deposit confirms the booking, the remaining 50% is due 14 calendar days before departure, and a route proposal is valid for 7 calendar days. Send your dates and we will tell you within two business days whether we can run it.
