Zero Bar Expeditions

Legal

Privacy policy

Zero Bar Expeditions respects the information guests share while planning remote travel. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, group size, preferred dates and whatever you tell us about the trip you want. We collect this because we cannot plan a route without it.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, plan and operate your expedition, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed through our website hosting and email systems. Guides and crew assigned to your expedition receive only the details reasonably needed to plan and operate the trip, such as dietary requirements, medical considerations you choose to disclose, and emergency-contact information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, expedition operations, accounting, legal, safety and recordkeeping purposes. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Write to hello@zerobarexpeditions.com. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
